Doc Scratch was the beta trolls’ first guardian, not the alpha trolls. It hasn’t been stated in canon what/who the Cali’s or the alpha trolls’ first guardian is/was.

John gave the ring to original Roxy who he is currently with. Jane killed retconned Roxy so now there’s an vacancy of Roxy’s in the retconned timeline that original Roxy will come and fill.

No they didn’t. They entered the Frog Temple in the furthest ring. The Temple was eventually sent thousands of years into Earth’s past via Skaia’s portals. So it’s actually linear.

It was a memory. The story was the John and Davesprite where doing whatever on LOWAS and it suddenly exploded and she spent the next three years alone for the most part.
So if th beta trolls couldnt do ecto biology, and karkat never made them, then how did they become the ancestors? in the beta troll verse Feferi was the Queen so there was definetly the alpha-beta player swap like the kids, but how did it work? Did it have to do with meenah's bomb?

Exactly what is the timeline from the perspective of the Warhammer of Zillihoo? We've seen it alchemized, Gamzee had it, Jake had it, the bunny had it and gave it to John. Just how did it get around?
It was created by the tricksters which was the beginning of it’s timeline but also the most recent we’ve seen it so there’s a bit of a gap. An unknown amount of time later but also before, Jake got it out of the Lotus Time Capsule so John might have put it there when the temple was still in the median before it got sent to Earth. Jake gave it to the bunny who was sent back to the beta session and eventually gave it to John.
As for how Gamzee got it ??? maybe a different one??? time shenanigans??
Why didn't jack turn into part dave and part dave or on the black kings case part aradia?
Ring bearers are only affected by prototypings done pre-entry before the kernels are sent to Derse and Prospit. That’s why they don’t have traits from nanna, dave, jade, or aradia.
Nannasprite, Jaspersprite, ARquiusprite, Erisolsprite, and maybe Davesprite. We aren’t sure about Davesprite. He died in the retconned timeline but he might be on the original LoWaS somewhere hitching a ride to the new timeline
The next update is one april 13th (i think), which is also 413, a reoccuring number in the webcomic. Do we know the significance of the number/is there a reason for the number?

Jack Noir is the Dersite Archagent that appears in every session.

I noticed earlier that you mentioned that Gamzee had been shown with the time-travel things that the Megidos usually owned. Do you think it's possible that they were originally Damara's? Seeming as she was a supporter of Lord English? I could be completely wrong but yeah.
It’s more likely that he got them from a Damara than Aradia.

Jack Noir is a session constant. He was in the trolls’ session, the cherubs’ session and the kids’ sessions. As such each one kinda has their own nickname.
The trolls’ Jack became Spades Slick after forming the Midnight Crew
The Beta Jack became Bec Noir due to him being part Bec.
The Alpha Jack became Jack English since he has billiard ball eyes like Lord English.
The cherub Jack is just Jack Noir, he hasn’t changed at all he’s still your standard Jack.

I pretty much skipped the entire felt mob/midnight crew section because I found it really uninteresting but it turns out its actually super important for a lot of things. I tried to actually read it but its still incredibly boring to me, what are the most important things I missed out on knowing?
It mentions Lord English, It introduces Spades Slick and Snowman who both end up being pretty important, it explains what all the felts’ abilities are I’m not going to explain them here for the sake of convenience but you can read about them on the felt wiki page, and it gives us a taste of time-shenanigans which will become so widespread and confusing later on.
