what exactly is the point of the horrorterrors existing in the game? they seem to have very little to do with the rest of the picture with derse, prospit, skaia, and the general completion of Sburb.
They whisper information to the Derse dreamers and that is they’re advantage in the game just like the Prospit dreamers are able to look in the clouds of Skaia and see certain events.
I apologize on behalf of the Superwholock fandom They should not act like that seeing as most of the fandom is comprised of adults. Thank you for not going off on them. Again I'm sorry for the actions of those in my fandom (Btw Your usage of the smuppet in the garbage disposal was great!)
No need to apologize, I pretty much asked for this just so that I could reply with random facts and totally not acknowledge their threats/claims
whered the superwholocks go i was just getting ready for the show
They probably got in their Impala shaped Tardis and time traveled into the past so that they could force Arthur Conan Doyle to make Johnlock happen in the original Sherlock Holmes book.
you said you would reply to superwholock hate with "random homestuck facts", but these facts are technically not random, since they are obscurely related to the hate in question.
Patron trolls can be found by adding the digits of your birthday together. For example, John's patron troll is Vriska. 4/13 means 4+1+3, or 8, which is Vriska. So, Jane's patron troll would also be Vriska.
Whose session is the b1 one? Whose session is the b2 one? Whose session is the a1 one? Whose session is the a2 one? Sorry, the those names for the sessions confuse me •~• oh and by which name of that similarity would Caliborn's be??? Thanks.
The A1 session was Meenah’s, the A2 session was Karkat’s, the B1 session was John’s, and the B2 session is Roxy’s. Caliborn’s session would presumably be C1 going by the pattern.
What are the trolls going to do about making more trolls since the orb is long gone. Also are we to assume that Karkat is red for Dave and Black for Vriska? I know Vriska can't handle black or red relationships but is it hinting that Karkat wants one? Also can the human and trolls repopulate together making somewhat of a hybrid or are they too genetically different? Sorry for the large amount of questions
Roxy has the ability to produce the Matriorb with her Void powers, she just needs more practice. Karkat being red for Dave seems very likely but I do not think Karkat is actually black for Vriska. Hussie stated on his formspring that trolls and humans could reproduce via ectobiology like how Doc Scratch was made by merging the paradox slime of a cueball and Lil Cal. Appearify one troll and one human and then merge their paradox slime to create the hybrid. At least I’m assuming that’s how they would do that.
So Jane and Jake got Heroic and Just so does that mean the ones in the newest updates are the ones from the original dimension or from another dimension
The Jake and Jane who died Heroic and Just deaths respectively were from the Game Over timeline. John retconned out the events that caused Game Over to happen and this is the new timeline.
can you tell me what a kismesis and an auspistice is? (I know it's a really stupid question)
A kismesis is your caliginous partner. An auspistice is your ashen mediator. A kismesis is an especially potent arch rival that you find attractive. An auspistice is a troll who keeps you from developing a kismesissitude with another troll.
Can you explain trickster mode please? I always get kinda confused on what it does.
Trickster is caused by licking Calliope and Caliborn’s combined jujus. It causes you to go into a state of mania I suppose and act very crazy. Being in trickster mode also supercharges your powers quite a lot which is why Jane was able to cause Life to flourish on her planet on this page (epilepsy warning for that page) and why Jake was able to produce a pumpkin with his Hope powers on this page.
A Heroic death will result if the hero was killed while opposing a corrupt adversary, or in an act of self-sacrifice for the greater good. A Just death results if the hero is directly responsible for terrible actions, or if they have been subject to corruption by an evil influence.
Has the thing about ascending with dreamselves on Questbeds and without on sacrificial slabs been confirmed? Or is it just a theory based on the ascensions we've seen so far? And where did the name "sacrificial slab" come from?
Calliope uses the term here and mentions that since the Alpha kids have no more dream selves that dying on their Quest Beds would do them no good and that they need to use their Sacrificial Slabs at the center of Derse and Prospit’s moons.
If a death is neither just nor heroic, say, the player is sitting around doing nothing, and someone kills them, or, say, if they are neutral and got caught up in the fight somehow, what happens to the player?
Can a troll be in more than one quadrant with someone? For example, like if their matesprit wanted to auspisticize between them and someone else.. Is that allowed? o3o
The relationships in the quadrants can malleable especially in the concupiscent half. One trolls could have black feelings while the other has red feelings. This can cause them to vacillate between the two quadrants. I’m not sure about the matesprit also serving as an auspistice, that seems like it would be a difficult relationship.
Me and my friend are fighting over if Eridan went grimdark or not, I know he didn't but she still says that he did. So did he really go grimdark or nah?
No, Eridan never went grimdark. The panel where people say his skin looks darker than usual is because of the color contrast.
I have not read Homestuck but I know few things and have a question. Is Sburb Sgurb is like a game yes? So when characters die do they die just in game or do they die real life too? (English is not my first language sorry)
Sburb/sgrub is just a way for them to enter the Medium which is another dimension. So yes, if they die in game it can be permanent.
Do any of the kids or trolls have middle names? I thought I heard Dave's was Elizabeth, but idk if that's canon or just something random i read on my dash.
None of the characters have been revealed to have middle names.
So would it ever be possible to, if you die on your Quest Bed while your dream self dies on the Sacrificial Slab, to have two of the same God Tier player?
No because if you die on your Quest Bed you become your other self while if you die on a Sacrificial Slab you stay the same self so even in the scenario you suggest you’d still end up with one God Tier player.
would the scratch be possible in Calliborn's session, since he technically is a time player? I mean he clearly had some sort of planet on which his quest bed was on when he died, so could there be something there to scratch?
The scratch is caused by sending the Time player’s scratch construct to Skaia and switching the meteors from the Reckoning. Since Skaia blew up in his session and there was no meteors to switch I doubt a scratch is possible in his session.
