No, not really. I don’t their character developments would benefit from it and it wouldn’t make sense for them to at this point from a narrative standpoint
A lot of people are saying vriska should've had tavros mind control gcat instead of ruining his life once again but could tavros have even been able to control a first guardian? Is there any kind of precedent for it?
Gcat is an animal, Tavros can control animals. Plus he controlled Bec from a different universe so he would have no problem controlling Gcat.
I want to point out that at no point does it say prototyping two sprites creates a black hole, it was just fanon that that was how Caliborn's situation happened before it was explained. When Hussie explained it in the comic, he stated that the game's nature changed and caused the kernelsprite to collapse, not that Calliope and Caliborn's sprites prototyped each other. (I searched "black hole" into the Act 6 search to find this)
Yes it’s fanon, but Caliborn’s sprite was flashing his and Calliope’s colors much like Jasprose does with Rose and Roxy’s colors. Plus prototyping two empty kernels with each other is essentially dividing by zero which theoretically creates a black hole so it just makes sense. But you’re right, it’s entirely not canon.
since tavros can control /all/ animals, does that mean he can potentially control the entire universe. since it's technically a frog. and frogs are animals.
That. Is an interesting question. I’m going to say no such because Genesis Frogs are so large.
it's also possible that even if tavros could control the genesis frog it wouldn't do anything. that'd be like a germ commanding your stomach to produce different enzymes. like "okay, that's nice, i can't really control that consciously". there really isn't any evidence to show that the genesis frog can control all of the aspects of the universes within it, only that it houses them.

Bulges are mentioned a few times in canon. Although we aren’t really sure exactly what they are, could be a tentacle, could be a genital, could be a extra hand growing from their loins, we just don’t know.
Was there ever any implication that Tavros, the Summoner, or even any troll of their blood colour could talk to Gl'bgolyb using their psychic abilities?
Regarding today's update, there were no dead versions of Gamzee, Kurloz, Damara, Aranea, Aradia, or Vriska shown at all. And the main version of Meenah is the only one shown.
There are Aradia’s in there. As for Gamzee and Meenah, do to Gamzee not being able to die (Plot Armor) and Meenah having a really long lifespand, they both continue living in doomed sessions until the sessions fade out and cease to exist, that’s why there aren’t any of their ghosts around. Kurloz and Damara are in service of Lord English and wouldn’t actively participate in a rally against him. And as for Aranea, she just sucks.
Is the reason Sollux talked with a lisp that he had 2x as many teeth as normal, which is why his lisp went away when he fell down the stairs and got them knocked out?

A Page of Breath is a natural leader. A Page creates or provides others with their aspect (the latter in this instance) and Breath can be inferred as meaning Direction. So a Page of Breath provides people with Direction. Allowing him to lead an army to a specific goal very easily. Pages also take a long time to actually embrace their role and this Tavros (or (Tavros) as he’ll probably be refereed) has had a lot of character development and time to work towards his role.

Nope, the blood color is related to their moral alignment. Lime for Benevolent and Red for Malicious. If the Father lays the egg then the offspring’s alignment will match the parent of the same gender and if the Mother lays the egg the offspring’s alignment will be the opposite.
What does the maid class do? I've never been clear on that.
