A time player isn't necessary for a doomed timeline to be created. There was a doomed timeline created where Terezi didn't kill Vriska, and Vriska went to confront Jack, with the alpha timeline still being the one where Terezi did kill Vriska, with no intervention from a time player.
That wasn’t a doomed timeline, that was a possible timeline that would have ended with everyone being doomed, completely different thing.
if a time player comes from a doomed timeline, are they automatically doomed? What happens if the version from the alpha timeline died, but a doomed version came in? Sorry if this doesn't make sense

Time clones from doomed timelines are indeed doomed eventually. But, what of Davesprite's case? A future Dave who should have been doomed went back, programmed himself into the kernelsprite, and was eventually programmed with Nepetasprite to become Davepetasprite^2. While fighting Caliborn with the Undertale reference, I don't recall Davepeta being defeated but I may be wrong. But now that the session is over and the game is complete, would Davepetasprite^2 still be doomed or no?
Davepeta is an entirely different entity connected to every version of their components and thus I feel that they are beyond that doomedness

Nope, it’s never stated that they look just like humans, draw them however you like. I personally always enjoy seeing them when they’re drawn more insect-like.

Again, what evidence do you have that it never happened? Homestuck takes a lot of cues from many worlds theory, which states that when there is any probability of two outcomes happening, they both do, creating separate timelines. It's presented as a very real possibility that Terezi may not choose to stab Vriska, which would imply that there is a timeline in which that happens.
It’s presented as a timeline Terezi sees might occur, there’s no real evidence outside of that saying it didn’t truly happen but there also none supporting that it did.
What determines a troll and their ancestor? Like, how does a troll find out who their ancestor is? Are they related ectobiologically? Or by blood?
Most trolls never learn about their ancestor as they likely lived several hundred sweeps apart. Usually they’re related by blood but in our trolls’ case it’s ectoiology
If John can do the windy thing before he got God Tier that mean Caliborn can do the time thing and Calliope the spacy thing before they got God Tier or they can't because they are normal biology and not ectobiology?
It really depends on their classpect. Like Karkat shows traits of his title but you wouldn’t really classify it as a “bloody thing” because it doesn’t appear to be some sort of magic.

Vriska and Tavros don’t have chucklevoodoos. The Condesce got those blood caste powers by experimenting on herself but she never used chucklevoodoos from what we’ve seen.
when a player ascends via quest bed, will their god tiered form appear where their dreamself is (so it normally would be prospit or derse?) or would their dreamself became part of their dead body, so on their planet, or would they be teleported to a third location?

Since Jade prototyped her sprite with her dreamself and Bec, when she went godtier her sprite, due to its dreamself part, was merged with her, causing her to go Dogteir. I know it's sort of a joke (God and dog having the same letters), but if a player prototyped their sprite with their dreamself and something more ordinary (like the mangled harlequin doll), would it have a similar effect? What about a dreamself and another human/troll?
From the information we have so far yes, it would have a similar effect I suppose. If you prototyped your sprite with your dreamself and another person and you then died on your slab\bed, then your dreamself would godtier as an amalgam of those two people.
