It’s a Christmas miracle!!!
After ages of radio silence, Hussie has delivered the end-of-year progress update he mentioned a few weeks ago. So here’s the status:
Hiveswap - There was a long pause while the overall approach to the game was reworked and reorganized. The game will now primarily feature 2D animation, and this should allow progress to accelerate. You can check out the full details here; the Kickstarter update has plenty of info and cool new game art!
Homestuck - Hussie has accumulated “almost half an hour of projected new animation footage”, but don’t worry, that won’t all be in one animation. The current end date he’s shooting for is April 13th of 2016, when the comic will conclude with EOA6 and Act 7.
In the meantime, he says another news update should come next month! Stay tuned!!!
