Was it explained why doomed Calliope exists? I know it was some time shenanigan but what screwed up her timeline exactly?

In doomed Calliope’s timeline she and Caliborn had no contact with the alpha kids so she didn’t develop any human-like characteristics like empathy or timidness. Because of this she was able to predominate over Caliborn but in turn doomed the timeline. 

Would it be safe to assume that each session has the exact same set of carapacians? Or is it just the agents and kings and queens?

Just agents and monarchs.

It’s not really predetermined who will wake up first although Space players do have a tendency to be the first. 

Do any of the Homestuck characters have actual canon voices or are their voices completely fan-based?

There are some songs that have voices in them that are meant to be interpreted as a certain character but these aren’t necessarily canon. Answered this here.

I do not think Feferi was able to ask the Horrorterrors to create the dream bubbles because she was a Life player, it was probably because she was a Derse dreamer. They’re the ones who are able to communicate with the Horrorterrors. 

Why does everyone refer to the trolls from Meenah's session as the "alpha" trolls? Since they played first, wouldn't the have had the beta copy and therefore be the "beta" session? Or are we just using the alpha/beta distinction based on order of introduction?

Damara snapped after Meenah bullied her incessantly and pushed Rufioh and Horuss together, not after Rufioh broke up with her.

It’s because they had less players. Less people means less mistakes to doom the timeline.

We’ve seen players breath in the Medium where the environment isn’t a vacuum. The Handmaid was in space, not the Medium.

Yes. Conciliatory means to pacify. 

(1) Actually I'm pretty sure the reason there are so few dead kids is 1. The alpha kids have no time player and 2. Dave was very careful about not creating doomed timelines whereas Aradia (and possibly Damara) actually made a point of creating as many doomed timelines as possible--so she could have her army of doomed Aradiabots.

The alpha kids’ session and the beta kids’ session were always meant to merge together. Dave is their Time player. The eight player session was foreshadowed here.

Karkat’s land being dominated by a sea of red blood to taunt him is a parallel to Dave’s land being full of metal and gears, things that he specifically doesn’t like.

No. Aranea mind controlled Gamzee and he has the highest blood caste of land dwellers.

Vriska and Tavros don’t have chucklevoodoos. The Condesce got those blood caste powers by experimenting on herself but she never used chucklevoodoos from what we’ve seen.

Rainbow Drinkers are essentially the Alternian equivalent of Twilight vampires. They can withstand sunlight and radiate light. They can also run very fast. Kanaya and Porrim’s conversation in the Openbound flash games confirms that the condition is directly related to jade blood. Kanaya theorized that jade bloods developed the condition after being in the dark birthing caverns for so long while Rose theorized that they developed the abilities in order to scare away predators from wigglers.

Carapcians are clones of the chess pieces shown here. They have no genitals as confirmed by Roxy. They eat human food as shown many times by WV.

Probably two things. 

To the anon with the question about female trolls boobs, it's my head canon that they have boobs as sort of fatty tissue to offer better protection to vitals like armor. In our animal kingdom, the females are known for being the hunters in a lot of cases (or at least take physical action to protect their young), so it makes sense but that's just my thinking.

That would make sense for mammals but trolls are an insect-based race.

Not from what we’ve read.

We’ve seen Meenah, Aranea, and Damara talk to the humans. There were probably more interactions in the dream bubbles as depicted in the Vriskagram flash.
