Okay, so a couple of days ago people were debating whether or not Karkat slept during the game. As I remember it, he did not go to sleep. He did, however, pass out upon being presented with Kanaya sawing Tavros's legs off, and that's when he woke up on Prospit.

Hi, Mod L and Mod F. So I made a side tumblr on this for us to post notes to eachother without having to post it on the main blog or send duplicated asks or whatever. Mainly as a means of organization and timesaving. There was also the time Vriska stabbed Tavros with a lance, and I doubt she also has lancekind, so I think the MST3K Mantra might be a good thing to remember in this situation.

Actually, its never even been implied that you needed to set something to your strife deck, in order to use it as a weapon, thats just head-canon. You can still use anything normally. It doesn't suddenly stop working. The strife deck is just an easier deck that restricts you to a single kind of item, but you can access it without having to go through the hassle of your Modus, making it ideal for weapons, which you generally need PRETTY FUCKING QUICKLY when something is attacking.

We have been arguing about this all day.
