When in the overall timeline of Homestuck did the kids go fight Caliborn (resulting in the trapping of the Beta kids in the house juju)? Which versions of the kids were those (like which timeline were they from)?

How did Calliope die when Caliborn gained dominance over their body? In fact how did he gain dominance? All I remember happening was her going to sleep and him biting his own leg off. How did he actually kill her?

Caliborn had Calliope’s dream self assassinated and he was able to dominate the body prematurely.
