What makes a character from Derse or from Prospit?

Well for the kids it seems like it’s their hair color as each Derse dreamer has been depicted with white hair and each Prospit dreamer with black. And for the trolls it’s what team they were on as everyone on the Red team is a prospit dreamer and everyone of the Blue team is a derse dreamer, except Sollux who was both.

Was Beforus a lot more brutal and violent than Alternia? I kind of remember picking that up somewhere, but I'm not really sure. I kind of remember Beforus trolls were treated a lot worse, and even culled, than those in Alternia? Thank!

Actually Alternia was more brutal and violent than Beforus. Beforan society was a relatively peaceful one where the highblood trolls kind of looked after and cared for the lowblood trolls.

So, Is the Pupa Pan story the same on Alternia as on Earth...if so How is the Summoner related to it?

It’s similar but not entirely the same. Pupa Pan was based off the actions of the Summoner whose revolt got adult trolls banished from Alternia creating a planet were only children live kinda like Neverland

Ok, I feel a little lost on just and heroic deaths, I mean, I know how they are categorized but I though that if it was heroic they come back and if it was just they stayed dead? That was the whole clock thing? Or am I confused?

If it is heroic or just they stay dead, if it was neither they come back. Such as when John got straight up stabbed by Bec Noir, that death was neither heroic or just so he was revived.

The last time it was seen was when Bec Noir used it to start the Reckoning it’s more than likely been destroyed since then

She prototyped her dreamself with Bec so when she ascended she became her dreamself who after being prototyped was part dog.

It’s gone. In Tavris and Fefeta’s case their ghosts returned to the dreambubbles.
