Considering Signless/Disciple was outside of the quadrants and monogamous it seems to suggest that Karkat is also naturally monogamous and that's why he felt that way about Terezi, not that it was specifically something unhealthy by itself. Okay, I’ll link the panel, but he likely wasn’t saying he had a crush on John and Jade, he was asking Dirk how to tell them about his sexuality because he ends that conversation with “how did you tell your friends”.
