What are some powers or strengths that are blood caste exclusive? Like certain cerulean bloods having vision eightfold

Actually not true. Vriska is a mutation/anomaly/special snowflake, and shouldn’t be used as a representative for the cerulean caste. Lowbloods, up to the extinct lime caste have those abilities- any power in a caste above those is a mutation.
