do you need to be a Prospit dreamer to see the visions in the clouds or can anyone see them if they are on Prospit. Someone pointed out that these updates are all being watched in a cloud, which I had forgotten, and I am trying to figure out who could be watching.

Anyone can see the clouds if they are on the Battlefied or Prospit
