Where does it say that every instance of a universe, including doomed and scratched timelines are inside the same Genesis Frog? I thought the red miles destroyed the whole universe so how could the post scratch not be affected if it's just somewhere else in the frog?
The post-scratch universe was effected, the Red Miles reaches post-scratch Earth in 2422 and was how Roxy died the first time.
I wanted to ask, because of johns retcon powers creating a new timeline does this mean that fef, nep and eridan have additional ghosts or two bodies split by timeline due to john creating a new timeline?
They would probably have an additional ghost given that Rosesprite can exist and Punk!Vriska is still around.

There are 3 ways to be in a dreambubble.
1: Is to be dead and have your ghost be there.
2: Is to be asleep and have your sleep phantom be there, this is how Tetezi was there the first time she met Aranea.
And 3: is to actually be in the dreambubble and have your body there. This is like when the Meteor gang’s meteor flew through a dreambubble, they were physically in the dreambubble

No Calliope is dead. If she were still alive and Caliborn was just controlling the body them his cheeks would still be swirls and wouldn’t have filled in.
Is it ever confirmed that Post-Retcon Davesprite died in the LOWAS explosion? I figured everyone just assumes he was dead because no one could find him, but I don't believe Hussie would kill him so easily, nor would Davesprite die so easily. After all, he survived the power/wrath of Bec Noir.

Yes, there are a few. The timeline for the Warhammer of Zillyhoo isn’t complete, we don’t know how Caliborn gets the Ring of Void, how Serenity got stuck in that amber, or how ARquius gets to the Land of Colours and Mayhem to name a few
