My interpretation is that he was crying because he was only fighting one guy, the smallest guy, and still losing. Karkat has a serious inferiority complex and he was probably thinking about how useless he was and how he couldn’t help any of his friends.

Yeah they are and we never get an explanation for how they work. But basically, Sollux died early on, and then he died again getting the Meteor to the green sun, but I guess he only half died probably something to do with his 2 dreamselves. So he was blind in one eye and a ghost in the other.
Then pre-retcon when Erisolsprite was made, Sollux’s ghost half went to be Erisol so then he was 100% alive again and blind in both eyes.

Why didn't Kanaya use her fraymotifs with the rest of the gang? Jade showed you don't have to be god tier or understand your aspect to pull it off when she used them on Bec Noir with Dave.
She probably didn’t have any with them. Fraymotifs are purchased so maybe people from different sessions can’t use them together
About that post about all the ancestors being dead what about The Grand Highblood? He's probably dead yeah but we never found out why like the others (and at this point likely never will unless you have an answer)

i'm confused. if the dreamself is killed or used to kiss-revive someone, then how would that player get to their sacrificial slab? i mean, i know they'd need to travel to their respective moon, but just how easy is it for a waking player to get there? is it just a simple gate-hop away or what? and then where even is the/an entrance to the core to even get to their slab?
Sacrificial Slabs are typically in the moons of Derse and Prospit. All a player would have to do is fly there.
I just realized on my third watching of Collide that the last place we see Gamzee is on Dirk’s planet which is pretty much exploded. Now obviously Gamzee could survive it since he’s practically immortal, but the fridge isn’t, so Gamzee might be on the loose.

There are some that get answered right away. And others that are complex and require a lot of looking up or that might be controversial are often left for later and then never really answered.
But we’ll get there eventually.

I was expecting something similar to [S] Cascade but Collide was equally good. It was still dramatic, just less so but it was also a lot more humorous. I’ve watched it three times already and it’s still stunning. I continue to get chills at certain parts like when Dad Crocker breaks open the wall and the flashback to the betas’ homes.
And the animation was so good, it was different than the animation normally in homestuck and it definitely benefited from that. I really liked the art style Jade was drawn it, it really suited her much more than how she’s been drawn in the past, or at least that’s my opinion. The use of fraymotifs was amazing, they are so cool I really wish they would have been explored more in the comic.
All and all, Collide exceeded my expectations, and was a fitting end to the colossal Act 6 and good spiritual successor to GAME OVER.
Weren't both dogs supposed to already be missing their left arms because of the rings but at 0:43 you can see Jack has both arms. Or is it just part of the arm and doesn't register right with me
