As for why I’m doing it; because I want to, plus it lets me have my own Homestuck Map that’s more in depth than the one on the mspa site. See look at how nice this is:

I seem to remember Hussie saying somewhere that the Kickstarter backers were still getting the digital copy of Homestuck because the extended PayPal donations pushed it over 2.5 million. That being said, I still applaud you for preserving them all, haha. Are you preserving the original versions of panels in addition to any that were altered over time (for instance, the "retconned" panels)?
I’m getting both the original and the retcon panels. I’m only on Act 2 at the moment so I still have a ways to go.

Do you think Hussie desides the fate of a character just to mess with the fans? (ex. fusing Nepeta with Davesprite) Or do you think there is a deeper meaning to each character's path?
He did that for some of them. Such as Fefeta never speaking was because the fans desperately wanted Nepeta and/or Feferi to be relevant again.
But I feel like Davepeta was a good thing for Davesprite’s character so I’m not sure if I’d categorize it here
What I find interesting is that at page 760 (the end of Act 2) Hussie stopped naming the panels as their homestuck page number and started naming them their mspa page number. Fascinating

Basically they were Terezi looking at the other possible options the characters could have taken and finding the optimal one then Dave rewinds time and fast forwards it down the path Terezi choose.

Does every player have a quest bed in their dream planet? We've seen the kids with theirs but we've only ever seen Aradias for the trolls. Also we never saw John or Jade's but their moon was destroyed pretty early. Also do all the moons get destroyed or is that just kind of a coincidence?

If someone was to hypothetically defeat there denizen like caliborn did would they also find there clock? Like the one that caliborn broke to become technically immortal?
When it comes to the Heroic/Just clocks, was it ever specified where those clocks are located? And do we know if it's a different clock per player, or one clock that shifts with each death as needed? The wiki doesn't really give a lot of info on this.
It’s unknown. Vriska’s clock was in Felt Manor but we don’t know about anything else
People think the ACT 1 is boring? I was mostly intrigued by the way it was written and the fact there was cake everywhere
There’s a lot of coding jargon and stuff in it that’s very confusing. And it’s set up in a pseudo-interactive style like where it tells you to enter a name for the character but you can’t actually enter a name. Factor in that the narration is constantly “you, you, you, you this, you that” making it seem like you’re supposed to be the character but you’re also a being that’s watching the character? And there’s just so much exposition stuffed in Act 1 which is difficult to get through and there’s not really any connection to the characters at that point to help give you motivation. Going back and rereading Act 1 once I have the connection to the characters and I understand how the story is told and how things work, A+, really funny but the first time it’s difficult for most people to get interested, especially if they’re a poor reader like me.
tl;dr: the mspa writing style is confusing if you’re not used to it

Hello, i am a new reader and i am still trying to understand the storytelling. I mean stuff like how dad throws cakes to john and rose attacking mom or moms kinda weird manners toward rose and stuff. Is it just some comic shenanigans? I dont know? Like the stuff that happens in all those animes and all? I know bros abuse turns out to be actually terrible and how dave talks about it. Mom and Dad are just weird that way. They do it to humor or get a rise out of their kids, which isn’t too unusual, they just take it a bit farther

Yes, there can be different shades. The canon fan trolls and some of the Hiveswap trolls have shades a bit different than the main 12.
is the lifespan of a troll relative to the rank of their blood? I know that Fuschia bloods live for centuries but I don't remember if low bloods have shorter lifespans
I don't see now arquius proves trolls have nipples? He seems to be showing surprise at the idea of them in my eyes (also, fun fact; all humans can produce milk under the right conditions. Huss / ARquius got that one wrong)
