It’s a blend of foreplanning and spontaneity. Maybe in roughly equal parts, but this is a thing that’s really hard to measure.

I’m going to accept this, because it is little known, but yes, it is important. So here, have this little known fact.

most people have overlooked this mainly because we found out this fact before we knew who WV was. there are also other examples of this throughout the flash (just click on more clown related things lol) and hussie said so himself in an author’s note in the second book. :3
