Aranea wanted to initiate the Scratch and that was the only thing Damara was willing to help her fellow players with.

Right after getting out of the trickster mode the alpha kids found themselves on their sacrifice slabs (<=I think) on derse and prospit. How did they get there?

They flew there all drunk on trickster magic.

How did Caliborn contact Jack Noir (to have him assassinate Calliope)? Did he meet him when he was asleep?

He most likely met him while he was asleep. Caliborn is a Derse dreamer and he could’ve easily met Jack Noir while awake on Derse.
