Okay, so if Jack Noir already killed the Beta Kid's Black King, then is their new goal to kill the Alpha Kid's black king to be able to win? Or is it hopeless for both sets of kids?

Alpha kids’ black king was already killed. Given that it’s a void session he never expanded past his chess piece form and was blown of by CD.

Did it ever state anywhere in canon the lifespan of trolls based on blood caste?

Hussie answered a similar question in one of his Q&As. Rust bloods only live to be a dozen or so sweeps. Low bloods have lifespans comparable to human lifespans. Around green blood is where the lifespan goes beyond a century. Blue bloods like Mindfang can live for several centuries and the high bloods like fuchsia can live for several millennia.
