Situs Inversus Totalis- a rare congenital abnormality where the visceral organs (of the chest and abdomen) are reversed or a mirror-image of their normal arrangement.

Those with situs inversus totalis typically live normal lifespans and do not experience any adverse symptoms. However, they may be at a higher risk for other genetic conditions, such as congenital heart defects, for it is not uncommon for multiple genetic abnormalities to occur in tandem.
