The Genesis Frog as an organism alchemically constructed from the essences of many people, a sort of “new body” created at the end of the game, immediately brings to mind that line from Hermann Hesse’s Demian that everybody loved to point out when their only source on Abraxas was the Wikipedia article:
The bird fights its way out of the egg. The egg is the world. Who would be born must first destroy a world.
Though it also reminds of the ultimate alchemical singularity of all souls in Neon Genesis Evangelion (see: Rebis as the “Ultimate Alchemy”), which makes sense, since the Genesis Frog is also the innocuous double of a black hole singularity, which in the MSPA symbology is itself a symbol for the bringing together of all characters/people… and black holes were a recurring symbol of the Reckoning/Rapture in the Evangelion remake series, I think?
