What do you think the (yellow) ring of Life/Void might represent, in the context of all the Yellow Yard stuff?

i’ve said a couple times already that when Karkat turns “Yellow Yard” into “Yellow Ring”, Hussie’s statement that his “window of influence, end to end, will be exactly ONE YARD” becomes a reference to his introduction of the ring to the story… what that could mean in terms of rings being boundaries I guess I don’t know! ‘ring of void’ sounds like it should be a euphemism for the Furthest Ring, so a ring of life and void seems like it would naturally represent the Veil (between life and death)… which fits its functionality of sending people to the void (making them invisible as a void power) and sending dead people back to life
