I took the Homestuck Favourite Character Sorter after giving myself a few months after reading the whole thing to let it all sit, and I think my results are pretty much a summary on what I thought of Homestuck as a whole.
But to make it even more representative, I did some stats by finding averages for each category. The number is the average placing that the character group has on a list of 51, so lower is better. This shows my opinions pretty well …
All kids: 7.5
All trolls: 25
B1 kids: 9.25
B2 kids: 5.75
A1 trolls: 24.9
A2 trolls: 28.4
Obviously kids generally have a bit of an advantage because there are less of them to bring the average down, but! I’m pasting the whole list here for posterity so if anybody asks me who my fave Homestuck characters are I can point them here.

I don’t know what the fuck category: I’ve done this a few times and I don’t know how Terezi keeps getting so low. She’s definitely my least favourite of the troll A Team (Karkat, Kanaya, Terezi) or even the A.5 team which would include Vriska, Meenah, and Aranea, but I don’t have any good explanation for how she keeps getting barely above the midpoint of this shit, sigh.
