At the moment, I hope to make one picture per chapter, but we’ll see how that plan holds up! :)
I used somewhat different coloring styles for each picture for different reasons… The hallucination is basic HS comic colors, not much detail or shading. Present day has full coloring plus shading and highlights for added depth. And the flashback shows the kids in bright flat color, with everything else dull and out-of-focus.
oh my gosh, look at these lovely illustrations from All I Know Are Sad Songs! I especially love the young Dave and Rose flashback one! This is so wonderful!
