I really just want Jake and Karkat to be really good friends post-canon and talk all the time about movies and adventure and their striderian boyfriends, and be full of all this good natured bluster. like karkat is constantly trying to impress jake with stories about the troll session and life on alternia and jake is always trying to impress karkat with stories about tomb diving and the exploring the island and they BOTH have so many impressive stories about dave and dirk respectively…. but karkat is always shy about telling stories about him and dave explicitly dating, and meanwhile jake has absolutely no similar filter. YEAH AND THEN DIRK AND I MADE OUT IN THE PILE OF VANQUISHED SKELETONS.
