it’s a crime that we never got to see a one-on-one convo with dave and karkat post-retcon because karkat always pulls out his (:B shit explicitly when he’s flirting with people or otherwise trying to be charming, and there’s no way he didn’t pull that shit on dave at some point and I really just wanted to see dave playing that off and giving him shit for it while simultaneously and obviously thinking oh no…alien boy…..cute….
