Basically here’s my headcanon on my glitchtrolls;
Trickster code can be applied to humans with some cool results no problem, but the second those cheats get applied to trolls it glitches them out really hard. Their textures get misplaced and mixed up and weird artifacts follow them around when they move. The game notices these glitches faster than it does tricksters who can hide from the game mechanics, but once glitch trolls show up the game will freeze in place whole timelines in order to stop them from reaching the alpha timeline.
They’re kinda like glitch pokemon in that once they show up they can mess with save data and graphics and do all sorts of nasty things. They also can’t really speak aside from stealing lines from NPCs and repeating out of context text from elsewhere in the game.

For whatever reason, I’d imagine their blood color to have at least a static texture to it
