It depends, a picture really helps me but if you are not confortable with sharing one there’s no problem and I can work without! (some have drawings of themselves and/or sprites and this is also good reference!)
I ask then for a tiny description of your personality or trait (to know if you’re more shy or extrovert, it can help with posture!)

For the classpect, I use generic pictures as reference! (If you want to change the colors of the shoes or other detail, just ask!
