I can just imagine an au with Shark Dirk swimming around the ocean all by his lonesome and then a giant fucking storm happens and he gets knocked out and swept into Jake's lake. (There are sharks that go fresh and salt water) Jake was in his cave during the storm and when he comes out to assess the damage there's someone else there! Unconscious but they're alive and there and really fucking pretty holy shit. Poor Dirk is so confused and trapped.
