Hello, Orsob! In one of your works with Mertroll!Eridan (the one where he was circling Human!Sollux), I noticed that there were markings on his back. Could you please give us a better idea of what they would look like when seen directly from behind?

Well, usually I just draw some random pattern made of curved shapes and don’t give much thought to it. And these markings differ from drawing to drawing. Though I guess in my first drawing of mer!Eridan I tried to draw the lionfish pattern.
