I really like the bioluminescence stuff you do. It looks awesome. Do you have any tips on how you do it?

I hope this little step-by-step will help. I use this brush to draw spots\freckles on a separate layer and then I set the layer mode to luminosity or lumi&shade( in SAI). You can also make them with dodge tool in Photoshop using any particle/dust/etc brush.
