Why waste your talent on someone as shitty and shallow as Eridan

Dear anon,
Firstly, there is such a thing as diversity of views. If you don’t like some character( fandom/book/movie etc), it’s fine, but it doesn’t mean that all other people must share your opinion.
Secondly, I simply take pleasure in drawing my favourite characters. It may seem like a waste of time or talent to you, but it doesn’t seem so to me.
