they’re tentabulges and they aren’t canon. There’s no example of the trolls genitals in the actual comic; only that there are ‘Bulges’ and 'Nooks’. Some headcanon they’re just alternate names for penises and vaginas, some make them more alien-y, some think all trolls have both bulges and nooks (like me totally) ect. ect.
