Perhaps this is out of your area of expertise (if so don't bother with this ask!) but what would you do with Namco High in relation with the HS canon? I've always taken the game as having only minimal relation to HS canon, but it *is* referenced a few times, so... If you were to write a piece set specifically in the NH'verse, would you consider integrating elements of the HS timelines, and how? (I don't need a detailed account, simply wanted your point of view) (also thanks :))
I’m pretty certain it’s not canon in the same way Paradox Space is. Stretching it a bit it could be considered pseudo-canon? Though really it’s about having fun with the characters in unusual settings. All of this could be Karkat’s fever dream of going out with the girl he liked using a weird Prince’s Cousin avatar and a strange orange creamsicle version of his buddy Dave. There are some tiny details from canon (like the bloody pendant Davesprite wears or how he -knows- he’s in a computer game when you do a second playthrough) that are really cool but honestly I don’t think we’re meant to take any of it seriously. It’s just for fun!
