Thinking a lot about black romances. I’m pretty sure kismesis sex isn’t always violent and intense but if/when it is there’s gotta be some kind of aftercare there. Not necessarily cuddles and snuggles but more of a “I’m making sure you’re not dead/emotionally scarred because you are important and I want to do this again later” kind of deal.

Headcanon: Dave hates it when Gamzee is affectionate because he thinks he’s trying to fuck with his head (usually he is). But I figure Gamzee knows Dave doesn’t really have anyone else he trusts to comfort him if he’s feeling shaken up after a particularly brutal face-wrecking, so he just kind of sits there and lets him seethe until he’s sure Dave’s alright.

Dave’s not nearly as good at providing this service for Gamzee, usually only managing to do it when things are particularly intense or if something goes wrong and he accidentally hurts him(more than intended). It just doesn’t occur to him as something he should do, and they both kind of suck at emotions.

After winning Sburb, every Dave left alive by the end of the game reverted to become part of a singular “original” Dave. That is to say, Dave’s psyche is a patched mixture of Alpha Dave’s psyche, Alternate Timeline Dave’s psyche, and the psyches of any doomed Daves lucky enough to be alone in their timeline instead of dead.

Being ‘reassembled’ like so, early post-game Dave had numerous identity crises. The fragmentation of his memories and sense of self increases the severity of his PTSD tenfold. He occasionally has panic attacks, characterized by intense fear of abandonment or failure.

Based off of davidstrider’s post. Hope you don’t mind me fanarting!

Idk. I’m not satisfied with the trickster design. And y’know what? I had a hard time placing that slice of orange on his head. DAMN HAIR DIRK. HAIR.

Derp. I know he’s supposed to look like gay/dorky or something to be a trickster. B-but I was tempted to draw him like this. Meh. Will change it some time.

I’m planning to do a “blood-lust series” for the alpha tricksters. Ehrm. Idk if I’d be able to really push myself to finish it. I’m not so suuureee.

Practiced with the marker and eraser tool a bit. I think they work great together. I know everyone draws bloody Davesprite but I don’t care. :P
