Out of the entire update, Davesprite made the biggest emotional impact on me. He doesn’t have anyone anymore, he doesn’t have any purpose anymore, he fulfilled what he aimed to do, there’s nothing left for him. The only other useless person ascended, and regained purpose. Without him. It just completely broke my heart seeing Jade leave without him and Dave just looking up at her not knowing what to do.

So I did some warm-ups the other day of beta kids a little battered, just to practice facial expressions… Dave was first and turned out the worst so I drew him again- knocked on his ass with a broken nose. John made me laugh for about 10 minutes and Jade is just the best. I think that’s the first time I’ve seen Rose that pissed before. Anyway, some comments if you click the pictures.

Um/ I just thought it’d be really cute if in an AU Dirk met Damara in the 5th grade and taught her how to speak proper Japanese through singing Vocaloid songs and watching anime…

And in 8th grade when Rofioh cheats on Damara she gets expelled for beating the crap out of everyone and becomes homeschooled so they pretty much submerge themselves and become the most intense cosplay/singing duo this side of the internet has ever seen.
