This was done as a super late gift for wachtelspinat’s birthday. I couldn’t come up with anything good or interesting enough, until 3am two days ago, derp. Also I wanted to try and draw a different kind of illustration with a bit of symbolism..?

OK i’m pretty obsessed with the new cool thing in the midnight crew fandom which is called mobsterswitch although i might be a little late to the party… anyway it’s wonderful and i wanted to draw something for it for a long time now (but couldn’t quite come up with something good enough) and also for all the amazing writers out there who make such beautiful fictions <3
so here… have some meddlesome company (although they’re actually still looking like the midnight crew but UGHHDSJFHKJSDF.)
and then they kissed passionately nawwww. This iteration of PS and SS is that Slick wants Sleuth out of the picture, in a way or another. I had some ideas like Clubs Deuce suggesting,
“hey hey hey what about we blow him up?? WHADDYA SAY SLICK” but instead SS wants to gut PS alive or such, and Deuce desists and goes,
“OH OH put a bomb in his body cavity after you’re done?”
“hmmm I dunno, I doubt he’s in big enough pieces to do that…”
“UHH UHH um. Maybe I could stick explosives in his pieces so those could be blown to smaller pieces!!!”

slick is totally NOT mournful because she’s like… dying and he’s waiting for her last breath so the world ends for him as well, no no no. he’s lamenting over his dead crew and the city he built which is falling apart around him and the loss of some teeth and probably knifie too and sadkjflkjsflkasf damn i just wanted to draw my favorite thing that is sad slick.

This is an EoA5 Flash fic, based off of wachtelspinat’s beautiful drawing of Snowman/Slick based off the flash. Pretty sure this isn’t the only fic out there based on that picture, and not the best either, but I got an idea for something after seeing it.
Hm, the title really isn’t relevant, I was listening to Paradise by Coldplay at the time I started this oops.
i’ve been planning on making this happen since july/august i think. and finally i found the guts to do so ;_; so i’m going to maintain this blog with a little/a lot help by ren (we’re in this together, bro, there’s no turning back now)
hopefully this’ll teach me to stop drawing like a snail

EDIT: the year is 2019 now and this thing has been pretty much dead since the day i started it… sorry to disappoint! but whenever i try to stick to schedules when it comes to drawing i fail massively
original prompt: “One of the Midnight Crew’s heists goes really, really wrong, ‘barely-making-it-home-and-kind-of-bleeding-a-lot-wow’, half-dead and totally out of it wrong. Karkat has never seen this many bullet holes in Slick’s chest, Aradia has never seen Droog’s suit this blood-red and messy, Tavros is freaking out over the fact that Hearts’ guts seem to want to leave his stomach and Sollux never spent much time wondering if Deuce would look tinier if all/a lot of his bones would get broken but now he has to because it’s reality.
But the Crew pulls through (maybe because the Sleuth team helps out) and now they’re resting and recovering and going to live.
Unfortunately for those who got them into that state, it brought the troll kids in touch with their violent side. And whoever did this to their guardians, no matter how stupid and odd they can be, needs to pay. So the four trolls band together to get some revenge. Horrible, bloody and angry revenge.
Bonus for the group who did it not taking the troll kids seriously at first because they’re four kids, what could they possibly do? The answer is Wreak. Fucking. Havoc.
tl;dr: Midnight crew gets badly injured, their charges take a acrobatic fucking PIROUETTE off the handle and decide to get revenge.”
