did we ever learn how the Beforus trolls got access to Sburb? Did they code it themselves, like the Alternia trolls did, or was it made by their ancestors and distributed as a game like on Earth?

Meenah found the Frog Temple on the Moon, and someone of the group was good enough at Coding to compile it.

Is each sburb or sgrub session in its own reality or do they follow a sort of timeline (trolls were before humans, and live on the asteroid belt that separates prospit and deres)? I know the meteor could travel through the void to the alpha kids session, but the ship had to go through a fourth wall to enter.

Each Incipisphere exists in its own sort of Pocket Dimension isolated from the rest, somewhere in the Furthest Ring.
