Ive taken the test 3 times and I keep getting maid and prince. Shouldn't I not be getting high results in one of those classes because it's opposite to the other?
Nope. It’d be weird if you got the highest as the Prince and the Seer, but Prince and Maid have more in common than you may think, they’re very highly active. Sure one Creates and the one Destroys, opposite verbs, but their impact is Heavy and their Versatility Low.
What do you see a Bard of Void's role and abilities as?
I could see them as either rather Nihilistic, or a Horrorterror Cultist. Eldritch powers and trying to Summon the Dark Gods, communing with them on Derse… Destruction and Void is a dangerous combination, they can either destroy Nonexistence and make things real, or destroy through Nonexistence by obliterating what stands in their way. Keepers of very potentially dangerous secrets, or holding back information that leads to misunderstandings and chaos.
i headcanon my prince of doom and maybe others that once they reach the very top of their echeladder that they get a new weapon a scythe and basically become Grim Reapers
Death itself just drags their ass out of the Afterlife and hands them the Scythe. They also bring tea and some board games in case the Prince is not feeling up to it.

Actually no idea. I should think about Classpects and Weapons more often. Albeit with the Archetype of the Conductor, Muses and Wands go well hand in hand.
I'd like to thank you for helping to make the classpect stuff easier to understand! It's helped me to figure out how i might fit into it. I'm pretty sure at this point that I'm a Page, but I've been switching between aspects. Briefly, it was Rage, then Void, Breath seemed very relatable to me, bc i tend to Detach myself from things, but I've realised I'm probably more Hopebound. Similar to Jake, the way i detach myself from things is through escapism. World building, games and the like.
I mean, rather than Hopeboundness, the escapism is a Page-like thing to do! So I’d give it some time.
Marisa Kirisame is Thief of Light cus she is self-proclaimed rival of Reimu, she likes spotlight. Her hobby is stealing magical books and plagiatising danmaku (light bullets). And as human magician, she does not produce magic - she borrows it somewhere. And most her attacks are light based. And she is rather egocentric and full of confidence and bravado (at same time).
I have nothing to add onto this, this is a solid analysis and I’m also happy to be getting Touhou asks. Marisa is definitely Light, and she’s most definitely showcased as a literal thief. Does this mean that the moment she stops being Human and becomes a Magician Youkai will be when she has reached a critical mass of Light stolen?
I wonder, would it be possible for twin universes to exist. Like, one session has two skaias. Or maybe it has one skaia and more then one tadpole. First one seems more viable tho. Sibling frogs, tho. I guess, all frogs from same universe are siblings.
I don’t think I know enough about Frog Genetics to say if this is plausible. Maybe you could get Siamese Genesis Frogs.
(Oof, I love Yukari) I’m going to go with the Witch of Void. She’s Voidy alright- She’s fucking Ancient and knows so much about Gensokyo, but she lets the mysteries linger and her reach and involvement on certain events are awfully fuzzy. She spends a good deal of the time Asleep and Hibernating, or so she says, keeping her out of the picture. Appears out of nowhere, her alignment and goals are unknowable and nigh-Eldritch. As for the Witch, her power is that of Manipulating Boundaries- If you consider a Limit as where something ends, where something becomes Void, and her general ability to tear Rifts through Space through which she reaches into a very Eldritch-like plane where only she can inhabit- It’d seem that ‘Manipulating Limits’ and ‘Manipulating Void’ could be very similar in nature. Furthermore, she has an ease to switch from an extremely Active Role to just going to Sleep and letting someone else take care of things- Which also ties in with her Witchy Nature, she literally has a Familiar, her Shikigami, Ran, who in turn ALSO has a Familiar, Chen. Curiously, rather than wrestling control of this Familiar, her Familiar is more in tune with that of a Heir, but honestly Yukari seems more Active… Actually she’s pretty good with those she cares about isn’t she, Yuyuko and the Border to the Netherworld, her possible involvement in creating the Hakurei Border… What do you guys think? Yukari, Witch or Heir of Void?
I've thought about it and for now I think that Reimu is Maid of Breath. Her ambiguous situation with parents (they are gone for some reason) and implications that her mindset was heavily influenced by Yukari who was grooming her to be good barrier keeper (between dream and reality). Her mindset is also stated to be similar to one of taosist. It seems that while Breath is her aspect, she has a number of issues with forced Breath and lack of it in regards of her obligations and duty.
Oh, Breath is Reimu’s Aspect like you wouldn’t even BELIEVE, her protagonistic position and her powers? Her power is that of Flight, to the point of literal Detachment and Ascension. And she’s a Shrine Maiden, so that’d fit as well. Also I can’t quite recall how canon it is, but the common fanon of her sort of taking her sweet time to actually go check the incidents and detached demeanor when it comes to solving issues mixes well with this too.
So are the Master classes basically super buffed versions of the change classes?
No. The Master Classes Command- Sure, with their ability to Change, the Change Classes have some Control over their Aspect, but Master Classes are able to alter the very nature of their Aspect and channel it through themselves. Caliborn basically makes the entire Alpha Timeline of Homestuck to suit him, Reality is bending on its own to suit him because of his powers. Similarly, Callie can manifest physical circumstances through her Art, pacifying the Meenah-Vriska Fight and waking John up by merely drawing her Fanfiction. It’s another completely different level of control. Which… I guess you could consider it to be ‘super buffed versions’? If you wanna go that way.
There’s a few too many of them aren’t there. Some Pokemon talk and some others are certainly Human-smart, but I’ve always seen most Pokemon to be sort of. Animalistic, you know? Not much of a defined personality to work with, their Aspects would very much correlate to their Type or, in the case of the Legendaries, what they embody. Like Palkia and Dialga are obviously Space and Time. Giratina is Void. Etc etc.
If you go by palettes, isn't there a link to Doom and Hope and Life and Void? Like sure it makes more sense but it's just something I found while editing.
About that ask about twin universes, I've been thinking about frogs and... Don't they lay a bunch of eggs? Not all hatch, but I'm pretty sure frogs lay a lot of them. I've always equated this to one universe spawning a bunch of sessions at once.
Yeah it is kind of referenced that usually Multiple Sessions happen as an attempt to ensure at least one is successful, much like how many organisms lay a lot of eggs. I’m looking at you, Sunfishes.
About the class quiz you made. I took the test (twice) and I keep ending up with Muse (which isn't bad) but truth be told when I read the Sylph page I was like, "Oh damn this is me. This is very me," and then just now to get to the Sylph page I just answered all questions rapid fire w/ no thinking, and guess what, I end up on the Sylph page. So I’ve recently got into both overwatch and crocheting, and I’ve come up with my specious! It’s hookkind where it’s one of those double things like kanakas chainsaw, so it has a crochet hook mode where it works like roses needles, all shooty-shooty , you know. But then it switches to a hook like road hogs where it gets huge and I can slash and snatch people around with crazy stronk yarn tied to the end and I falcon ponch people when they get pulled in

Oh! The shoes are actually personalized in most cases. The Betas have each others’ colors according to Karkat’s Shipping Chart, the Trolls have their Blood Color, and so on.
Reimu is an oddball, really. Her canon attitude towards incidents is just flying in random direction since her intuition and nature itself (one time she walked over a river without noticing because fish formed a road for her to walk on with their bodies. well, she is rather "carefree" and oblivious) would lead her to the culprit ANYWAY... To be honest, at such rate Heir works for her as well.

I tend to hc pokemon as semi-sentient, really. They are animalistic and often instinctual, yet inteligent enough to have interspecies societies with laws and jurisdiction (trainer roads are pretty much neutral territories where hunting and eating other pokemon or humans is not allowed.) and rules for 'honorable duels' (since pokemon due to nature of their development are battle hounds.).
Yeah, it also differs between the Games and the Anime and I bet also the Manga, so depending on where you want to look for it, you’re gonna find it going different ways. So yeah, Classpecting Pokemon would be like. Trying to Classpect Humanity as a whole. Or the entire people of a Country or Region. Not exactly plausible.
Kasen (the horned hermit)... I wonder, would she be Void since no matter how ridiculous her explanations are no one suspects her to be Oni (all readers already realised that). She is posing as taosist hermit... despite having no clue of what does this entails. And when she tried to get a mentor, an actual taosist regarded her as master since the first thing she said upon arriving was "What's taosism?" Her arm is also mysterious. Like her agenda and past. She is trying to atome for her past tho.

hmm.. my strife specibus is Microphonekind (Mickind?). On one hand I could alchemize a big mic to use as a mace or club. On the other, I could hook it up to a stereo, and yell into it, incapacitating those around me with my voice (or an audio feedback loop). maybe even eventually making it into something of a magic staff? mic on top, and I say a spell, and the stereo emits the effects of a a spell? idk, I was just thinking of this yesterday.
Sound-based weapons are some of my favorite things.
TimeScythe. A scythe alchemized with a picture of the time symbol. When Wielded by a Time Player they are enabled to cut open portals through time, destroy a short timespan (it just works) or delaying the damage a slash would cause.
I love that your way to get the Aspect incorporated into a weapon is to literally draw a picture of the Aspect itself. And the best part is that, it would most likely work.

Some of them would! Not all of them though, I feel Condy may be okay with Meenah. Disciple and Meulin may get along until Disciple hears Meulin talk about her relationship with Kurloz. Highblood and Kurloz may high-five. Horuss and Darkleer are mutually disappointed.

I had this really weird dream where four people started up sburb, but each person had a second person in the house with them. I then dreamt that everyone then had a buddy to go on quests with in their respective lands. I thought maybe everyone might just have seperate lands, though. Any thoughts?

Dave’s Land only took his floor, but it’s likely it wouldn’t just take a middle chunk if that’d destroy the house’s stability. Chances are it’d just go all in? The question is, can someone enter a SBURB Session while in a Session that’s not their own?
lol so this is ridiculous, but in an old fansession, a character is in a single player session, but has multiple copies of sburb with him. He inevitably fails to beat the single player session, so he gives sburb to the few leprechauns he has and Jack Noir and has them start a session. Then he finds the bombs he needs to push the planets and gets the captcha code so in the leprechaun session he alchemizes the bombs to cheat the single player session. Also god tier Jack and Clover.

I had a nightmare I look back on and find funny. So I start up a sburb game with friends and I think I'm the space player so we got this ya know we can win this and then I enter the game last and turns out I'm in the Land of Deserts and Murk and quickly realise I ain't no space player. And then I realise this means we have no space player. And I just sit there just numb and horrified just thinking "Well taking an online personality quiz probably wasn't the most trustworthy method."

SPEAKING OF DREAMS i had one a while ago where i was an heir of breath and one of my friends was a witch of space and we had to help these random trolls into their sburb session. but one of them didn't wanna play so i had to convince him that it was fun and you get cool god tier powers and stuff. the dream ended after he got frustrated with me and ran at me to presumably try to kill me or something. when i woke up my first thought was "why was i an heir of breath" like that was the weirdest part

It’s a comedy and it’s goofy at times, but you don’t even have to go into deep analysis to see some pretty heavy themes through it, blatantly staring at you in the face. The fact you may not want to look into it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have serious and important things to say.
I had this dream where the Condesce came to Earth with a few lowbloods running away from her and Dammek was like “This air isn’t good for you, you need to leave” and this spaceship took her somewhere and brought LE. We were in this giant building filled with trolls and grubs with LE’s lights flashing everywhere while it was just storming outside. I don’t know what I did to deserve a dream like this.

I have a dream I'd like to share. I dreamed that I had a Biology project in which we had to go out to a lake and do stuff. Eridan was my partner and he was NOT thrilled. While we were out by the lake it began raining and the only cover was an old bus stop that had a glass enclosure. Unfortunately, most of the glass was broken and I was getting soaked by drips in the ceiling. Eridan let out a sigh and held his cape over my head to keep me dry, but not without giving me a snarky comment first!
Reminds me of a dream my sister had where Jade went swimming with Eridan and got tangled up with seaweed and he saved her by kissing her to give her oxygen. That was the birth of her Dogfish Crack Ship, and to this day, I still disapprove.
Prince's of Doom and Rage just refuse every limitation or rule placed on them. They're gonna die? No. Chained to a wall? Not anymore. i just don't know which one is more bullshit refusal like staring death in the face and saying no or which one is just outright rule breaking
No no no, go for the Bard. The Prince would be a more direct ‘Fuck your rules’, but the Bard? Now that is more fun when they occasionally just break free nonsensically, leaving everyone’s jaw dropping, and with the occasional accidental incredible string of happenstances that helps them overcome something impossible.
I had this dream once, I was watching people bullying Gamzee. Then suddenly, Doc Scratch appeared and told them to stop bullying him. One of the kids spoke and said "Whatever, Nerlap". I think that's Doc Scratch's name in the dream?
