It was most definitely to keep us on our toes and speculate about what was going on in the Alpha Universe. Honestly, cutting away from the other kids and finding out young Nanna’s name is CROCKER and young Grandpa’s name is ENGLISH is an amazing way to keep the interest after rolling back to the start of their adventure. It gave us a solid idea of the main villains from then on and that they were going to be very involved in the story now.

Pfffft. Also technically he was supposed to face a great evil, using the power of Hope to destroy it, but it didn’t quite happen like that now did it. His own faith and hopes were kinda shattered.

Fun way to see Gamzee's use of Destroying through Rage in a passive sense, or rather, allowing Destruction through Rage: He slowly allowed Terezi to hate him so much she destroyed herself through her unending Rage towards him, despising everything he stood for but being powerless to resist against his shitty sodas, ventshaft honkings and awful remarks about her Blindness, to the point she was slamming gross warm Faygo left and right. It was a manifestation by proxy, it’d seem like Caliborn can project his Soul through the Lil Cal doll, and in turn, through something made from the Lil Call Doll, such as Doc Scratch.

Technically yeah? Yeah those could happen, but I can’t think of a specific example right now. Maybe a Sylph of Life just being generally in good health, while a Bard of Doom is just constantly having awful things happen to them.

Yep. When she ascended, she took traits from Bec because her ‘Dream Self’ was fused with Bec in the Sprite. Also thematically interesting, that the Witch basically absorbed her Familiar and combined with him.
Isnt it funny that of the two hope players we know of, one has multiple people pining after him and the other cant get even one?
We know three Hope Players, although both Amporas are pretty much equal when it comes to terms of romance. Curiously enough, while Jake has multiple people pining after him, this proves to be very much detrimental to him and leaves him an uncomfortable mess that shuts himself away from the situation, which only makes it worse.

Stealing a Choice means more like, forcing things to go one way or another, rather than allowing people to choose. I don’t think you can quite apply it as in literally stealing the concept of a Choice. Unless you can find a way of how that could work.
Imagine: what if Gamzee had managed to prototype Equius just a little bit sooner, or if Dirk and AR had talked for just a little bit longer... we could have had Towelquiusprite.

if Sylph and Maid are the Create classes, then could they create things from, basically, thin air? There'd be some aspect personalized flashiness to it, of course, like a Sylph/Maid of Light would probably create things in a flash of light, Void would likely be a sudden absence before something appears, breath would probably be like wind/air solidifying into the thing, blood would probably be like, a pool of blood coming from somewhere and becoming the object, so on and so forth
Depends on who they’d be, but yes, creation out of thin air could most definitely be a thing.
I think it might be Rogue of Mind actually, since they're taking the Denizen's ability to give a choice, in favor of giving the Denizen a choice, could be Thief too, either seems good at reorganizing, and I could maybe see a Witch pulling this off as well
maybe a thief of mind steals the consequences of the denizen’s Choice. either for their benefit or others’, Like if the player has to make a huge sacrifice in order to progress with their denizen, the Thief can come and take their place. But also taking all the positive outcomes of the choice too.
I mean, the Denizen Choices seem to be incredibly personal and have something to do with you- Sure you could try to do that kind of stuff but like… I feel messing around with The Choice itself may be detrimental to yourself on the long run, and not because of the risk of angering Big Potentially Snake-Like Monsters.
A Muse's job is to Inspire, right? As a "passive" / others-focused version of a Lord's Command. And Space is related to reproduction, like with Roxy and the Matriorb. What if the whole Trickster episode is the same beacon-like thing, but combined with Caliborn's juju equally? The green part of the lollipop Inspired in the kids the intense desire to have lots of kids, while the red part made them Command each other into Tricksterness. The only part missing is something associated with Time.
Space is related to Creation and Motherhood, indeed, but the thing about Trickster Mode is that its effect isn’t much of a combo of Calliope and Caliborn’s anything. We have a pretty solid grasp of what it does thanks to the split-frame we see of the Auryn within the Lollipop. It’s a wish-granting plot device- You lick it, all your problems go away for a while, you speak your innermost desires amplified a thousandfold, you do everything you want. It makes you an entitled, careless, creepy shitlord, but for the time you’re like that, you kind of don’t care about how you’re embarrassing yourself or making others uncomfortable. It removes inhibitions and makes that kind of stuff come to light- Which as a brief high in a situation where everyone is already or having fun, like the Rosemary wedding, could even be fun! But when they’re all having intense inter-personal drama and being depressed and captured and isolationist, it becomes an absolutely horrorshow.
When you think about it "Prince of (Aspect here)" could lead to some terrifying and/or downright confusing things happening. For instance a "Prince of Life" which seems like a devastatingly powerful combat ability. You could have a "Prince of time" which while "destroying through time" is understandable, attacking more times than you should and all that, but "destroying time" seems like it would be calamitous to any sense of continuity.
The Prince of Time, as I’ve said before, is just King Crimson, so it’s not quite that hard to understand. One thing to have in mind is that the Prince of Life can Destroy Life, sure, but if you take it as such a blunt, destructive power, you miss out on a bunch of other fun possibilities, as well as reduce it to a merely offensive killing Classpect! Sure it’d be good at killing- But that’d be pretty much all it’s good for if you focus on it.

I’ve talked about them a little bit! Destroying Hope and Destroying Through Hope seems straight forward enough, from ruining people’s dreams to chasing a dream of their own and smiting everything that opposes them. In a Session though, that’s kind of a bit too vague, because there’s a lot of ways they could do stuff.
I don’t see why not, Time Travelling Devices are weird and, like the Scratch Constructs, have been shown so far to be music storing devices? But there’s only a limited amount of those, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be another music-related item.

I’d say the Page may be the most likely perhaps? Even though the Maid or Sylph (Unlisted) would be the better options. Also I’d prefer refraining from calling all elemental Constructs ‘Golems’, a few Jewish friends of mine have expressed distaste at that, Golems are a tad more specific than that! Unless. You literally meant which Life Class would be the most likely to make an actual Golem, in which case uh. I thiiink my answer’d still be the same?

Was Equius ever stated to have woken up on Derse? The awakening is always prompted by something, either a kiss when you’re dead, or having an epiphany about your self and your life, stopping suppressing something. I’d say with him kind of. Still kind of following the Hemospectrum rules, he’d have yet to wake up.
Personally, I've kinda thought active/passive could also apply to internal/external usage. Like how Dave only used his time powers to time travel(internal) while Aradia used it to hold Jack at bay (external), or how Eridan blasted hope while Gamzee hulked out on rage
Hmm, that’s an interesting take, I’d have to look around for more examples to make sure what fits and what doesn’t! But yes the Active-Passive spectrum is kind of like the Yin Yang. You have a bunch of complementary and opposite concepts on each side, it’s not as easy as just “Offensive-Defensive” as Hussie mentioned in his Dream Moons post. So there’s definitely something to that.

There’s a difference between Perceived Ecto-relatedness and Actual Ecto-relatedness. Even without the concept of family in any sense, some of the Trolls are still genetically related, they simply don’t care because Troll Biology is weird and pretty much already sort of accounts for that. They’re no different from the Humans, except once the Humans do get told they’re related in pairs things get a bit weird. (See: Freudian Slips, and Sprite^2 Shenanigans). That being said, while genetically related, whether two Ectobiologically related characters begin to act more like siblings or keep just being good friends, is up to them. They weren’t raised together in a family either way, after all.
If Lord English's Cairo Overcoat was Vriska's coat; which fit perfectly to Vriska then how come it's extra large onto Lord English? Did Stitch enlarge the coat when Kurloz brought it to him?
I mean if you Alchemize shit together you can also resize it. Otherwise, Stitch is a great tailor I bet he could help with that stuff.

I doooon’t think she does does she? It’d have implications if she did. For all we know, it’s just another power given to her by Doc, I mean she’s already the embodiment of the Universe and if she dies, so does the Genesis Frog, I’d say mild teleportation is a kind of tame power in comparison.
