I’m more taking the extremely cerebral Hal as sort of a weird, possible dichotomy of Heart and Mind, he’s at his core just a Splinter of a Heart Player, but being a computer without emotions makes it sort of weird in my eyes. That being said, by the time he fuses with Equius, he does gain emotions and becomes more Heart-y.

It depends. Rage and Void both seem to have ties to it, but you could also make a case for Space and Life.
Motion as Force could definitely work, and Space, yeah of course. Rage though, going Berserker, blind anger, it seems closely related. Void relating to Physicality where Light relates to Ideas makes it tie with Strength- Paired with the ‘Lack’, as in, Lack of Weapon as well, both Equius and Roxy have Fistkind as one of their Specibi, and the whole Indigo caste, Void-bound, seems to be tied to physical strength.

Most Strife Specibi can likely be used by anyone, but that sort of Specibus and a Knight of Space would work nicely in Tandem I feel. Also, that’s kind of the way you should play SBURB if you knew about it beforehand- Prototype something useless pre-entry, get it overpowered post-entry.
I mean why assume anything through comparisons? You can see their arm and the length of their horns, WHOMST may have needed help to paint them, or they have a lot of patience to reach and carefully paint.

Take the Healer for Example! You could say the Sylph of Life is the Ultimate Healer. Life Players are tied to Healing after all, and Sylphs Heal, so they’re like, Double Healers! Aaaaand that’s when it dawns on you that Physical Wounds aren’t all that has to be healed some times. You move on to psychological issues, and things get messy. You move on to Metaphysical Healing, and you have a whole other beast on your hands, which would force you to specify WHAT do you want to have healed.
Similarly, Leadership. Both Blood and Breath have been tied to Leadership, so it’d make sense it’d be one of the two Aspects! But which? Breath inspires Leadership through Drive and Heroicism basically, their forward motion makes others tag along. Blood is more closely related to personal matters and attachment. A Blood Leader is one with the people they lead. But- Wait… Then you have, for example. A Seer of Light! You may inspire others and lead them with some other Aspect, but say, a Seer of Light? They could guide you to the most fortunate path. Who wouldn’t want them to lead the group? Or a Knight of Heart, fighting with everything they have to protect the group, reliable, you’d trust them to be the leader!
So, which one is the best? It depends entirely on the extremely specific situation, down to the people who have said Aspects, what’s led up to that moment, and what needs to be done. That is why there’s no ‘More powerful Classpect’, ever.

If you were to doom Session A and Session B simultaneously, move the players from Doomed!Session B to Doomed!Session A, then undoom Doomed!Session A via hopesplosion, does that mean you’re also undooming a totally empty Doomed!Session B, or does Doomed!Session B’s respective Alpha!Session B (where they never left) keep existing?
I never quite thought of it that way but you know what? That poses an interesting question about the mechanics of Doomed Timelines. It’s true Terezi fucked the Timeline up so that one Timeline was like, an offshot the Trolls couldn’t reach- But shouldn’t there have been Trolls in that Timeline too? There’s two explanations, either indeed the Doomed Versions are ‘cut off’ from the rest of their reality, before fading, or… Gamzee killed everyone, since he seems to go Berserk in Doomed Timelines. So it’s hard to tell which actually happened. It was also early with the Timeline Mechanics, so there’s the possibility Hussie hadn’t settled the bases yet? Hard to tell, I’ll love to read it in the commentary of the upcoming books.
As for ‘Undooming’, the thing is that you’re making too many assumptions. First of all, Aranea’s plan isn’t using Jake’s Hopexplosion, it’s using her own powers. Jake is just a tool to get shit done first. But also, when you ‘Undoom’ something somehow, you Undoom the continuum of the Timeline- There’s not a ‘fixed’ repaired state, what you’re doing is preventing the Timeline from fading. Whatever fucked up stuff happened still happened. You’re just not going to cease to exist. If Undooming even works. So literally nothing would change other than the fact things wouldn’t simply black out.
They don’t necessarily have to use blood though? Nepeta does because she wild, but like, when Trolls use Grubs for paint, it’s likely they do it the way we do it in real life, where some insects are used for their pigments. They have like, a shit ton of little multicolor grubs so they take advantage to make colorful stuff. White is plenty abundant in literally every Lusus ever.
It’s really a curious conundrum Homestuck poses, and the specifics of Timeline Shenanigans are one of the few basic things Homestuck does I’m not 100% certain about quite yet. There’s so many variables.
Given what we’ve seen on Universe A, B and C, the Genetic Code doesn’t exactly affect much other than how healthy the Frog is and possibly the configuration of galaxies and stars and such. Natural Laws seem to apply the same to all 3 Universes, Magic is tied to Aspects, and Aspects are the building blocks of Reality in all of Paradox Space, ergo they are immutable and part of every Universe. I do know, though, physically, Planets could also take the shape of a Torus so maybe there’s a genetic sequence to get more Donut Planets. Color of the Genesis Frog also seems to be a thing. In general, it seems the code is more concerned with Billious Slick as an entity rather than the Universe within- But there could also be something to do with the Species and the Sessions it will spawn.
Also some people Headcanon that the last Genesis Frog is a sequence that gives Cherubs to the Universe, they are defined as a sort of ‘immune system’ after all, so it’d make sense for them to be defined within the parameters of the Frog’s DNA.
Ghost John was also similarly vaporized by Typheus’ fiery glare, chances are there’s Ghosts of them around.
And of course Gamzee keeps being the biggest mystery Ghost-wise.

That’s. Not how it works, Universes aren’t identical, there’s not an ‘Alternia’ on the Red Universe, it’s on the Blue, and they’re two entirely different instances of a Universe. There’s no Trolls on the Red Universe as far as we know.
Yep. It can change Locations and Universes, arguably it may also be able to connect two different points in Time.
John and Jade are genetically related (and to Jake and Jane), Dave and Rose are genetically related (And to Dirk and Roxy). No one else is. Roxy, Dirk, Jane and Jake were all clones of themselves, with no relation, with John and Jade coming from the mixing of Jane and Jake’s genes, and Rose and Dave from the mixing of Roxy and Dirk’s genes.

I mean, you can trace most things back to English, while also being enforced by a few other bunch of selfish characters. Gamzee seems to be a specially huge source of trouble, having been the one to allow Jack to Ascend, and having made Cal materialize in Dave’s Dream Room. Of course you could always argue that even without Gamzee, the Universe was still Cancerous and bound to die- But it was only Cancerous because the Session lacked the Last Frog, which Kanaya didn’t see because Doc Scratch was the one who woke her up- Again, ultimately, it comes back to a servant/part of Lord English.
No bunny involved, Gamzee used his Chucklevoodoos to give John nightmares about Harlequin Jack, which made him draw clowns over his posters, which made Dad buy Harlequin paraphernalia thinking his Son liked it, which culminated in the Harlequin Doll John got for his Birthday. It’s hard to say, Fate seems more tied to Light, the Alpha, but Fate is also indeed tied to Time and the Timelines, so it’s hard to get a clear divide. Not sure about Space as Ambiguity though.

It was a thing I found out after re-reading Jade and Kanaya’s conversation pre-Murderstuck. Jade states that she remembers seeing the Frog when she was very little. Her Dream Self on Prospit was staring at a Seed, always a hint of a Game construct. And shortly after, she began sleepwalking and Grandpa had to make her a Dreambot. Then Kanaya says she woke up thanks to Scratch, but also mentions this to have been brief. Scratch only interacts directly when he’s plotting something, and ensuring the Universe is Cancerous by not letting the Space Player find the Frog naturally? That fits the bill.
Ascending didn’t get rid of the Trolls’ natural caste powers did it?

Likely, drilling. I’ve always headcanoned they’re the most sensitive at the base, so as long as you don’t pierce the red part and do the yellow or even the orange, it wouldn’t be too bad.

No, because Homestuck vilifying the readers is as far from its intent as you can get, Hussie obviously loves the comic and the Fans, he created an enormous, rich story where self inserting is just so easy and fun, encourages us to make content about it and enjoy it and share it. It wasn’t until life and Hiveswap got in the way that he stopped doing regular updates, and even then afterwards he continued putting them on a regular basis rather than all at once, because he knew people liked that update format, EVEN when Homestuck, read archived rather than serially, is much, much better. In the end, the archive readers are the ones who benefit the most from the story, but the update format in the moment was serially only because of the Fans, because he didn’t want to make us wait more and then just dump EVERYTHING at once on us.
That being said, Caliborn and Calliope are us. The Good part and the Bad part of the Fandom respectively, so in a way, Lord English is, partially, the bad side of the Fandom? It’s more tied to Caliborn though, but it shines through on English at times, the disregard for the characters just for the ships, the way he’s at odds with the author, the way his idea of a good story is something so incredibly shitty and gross. Caliborn is definitely the bad side of the Fandom, and Calliope, sweet precious cinnamon roll Calliope, is the good side, encouraging, loving her favorite characters, drawing fanart and fanfiction even if it’s embarrassing, self-inserts and Trollsonas.
Callie adores the work of Hussie and wants to do more with it and expands on it and makes theories. Caliborn thinks the story is stupid, kills the author, and plants himself in the story to wreck shit up and be an asshole, both as Caliborn with Homosuck, and as Lord English with the Alpha Timeline. But when Caliborn becomes Lord English, he’s. Well, he passes from being “Misogynistic Manchild” to “Actual tyrannical God, enslaver of people and Universes”, so the similarities with the Fandom kind of. Dim. He becomes more of a Force than a Character, in fact.
I’d imagine the Grist Hoard would be released just the same? Killing a Denizen isn’t always that easy though, and I’d imagine they may have ways to prevent unfair fights.
Roxy and Jane did have a cutesy, girly pillow fight at some point as Jane mentions when Caliborn teases her about it, and they made out in Cowboy outfits in Roxy’s secret Pony Ride flash.
