The ramifications would span all the way to the beginning of Homestuck. It’s very likely the Kids wouldn’t have even existed, and even if you just did the story as it was but removed LE, the entire plot would’ve been radically different.
Or, not. See, the thing about Lord English is that, he’s a Symbol. A lot of things in Homestuck are teased and talked about. They have roots in some sort of concept- Like a Yaldabaoth, and as the story goes on, Hussie developed such concepts. So, without Lord English, the story would’ve been radically different… But it could have also been the same, because without Lord English, Hussie would’ve made another figure to fill in the spot of the Yaldabaoth of the story. Different Twists and Turns, but ultimately, a similar threat with a similar end-game state.
True Signs, likely, they’re like, the Caste ideal so to say? Aspect and Moon-wise. So since Ancestors share the Caste and Symbol, it’s only fair they share the Aspect too.
Would a Seer of Mind be able to see a person’s True Self? They may be able to tell what they’re thinking and predict what they’ll do, but the knowledge of the Self goes deeper than that.
It seems… None at all. The Active-Passive divide mostly seems to apply to tendencies and what they’re better at doing, but both Active and Passive Classes have a strong and similar impact.

Wings are a thing that happens on Trolls because it’s a possible, biological trait. It’s a rare mutation, but it does happen, as we see with the Summoner. So unless the species can naturally grow wings for some reason, it doesn’t seem too likely, but hey- You CAN sort of add body parts to your Dreamself when you are in the Room, so maybe if you pair that with going God Tier it’d work?

Well, feeling like a mix of Classes/Aspects and Roleplay is two different things entirely! Classes/Aspects are based on who you are, your nature, your Soul, yourself. So, as I say, and as you mentioned, people aren’t necessarily reducible to just a few categories. There’s a lot more nuance than that. Roleplay, however, adds yet ANOTHER layer on top of that! Roleplay is about refusal or emulation. Through admiration of someone else or refusal to accept your true calling, characters start emulating behaviors they see as ideals because of someone or something else. Tendencies of multiple titles is just you not being a character and Aspects being very broad and reaching, but Roleplay isn’t that you feel like two different Classes/Aspects so you pick and choose or mix, it’s that you admire someone and emulate them, or refuse to see yourself as something and follow an ideal set by societal expectations or by someone else.
Oh, no problem! :o Do note that while Roleplay can easily be toxic to yourself, it doesn’t necessarily have to be bad, specially if you have bad tendencies, emulating someone you think handles those things better isn’t bad at all.
The Extended Zodiac really did open a whole new world of Troll Classpect and Character Analysis given how society does seem to shove them into roles they don’t really belong into!

Assuming you even have a Heart Player like that in your Session, they’d also have to be powerful enough/God Tier themselves for that to work, and even then, alchemizing a body doesn’t seem the easiest thing. Like maybe it’d work? But remember this is SBURB where you’re on a countdown towards your utter and complete perma annihilation. Serendipitous things happen often in SBURB, but they’re often unplanned.

Maybe? Seems part of the duality, but it could also be active Cherubs having Black Wings and passive Cherubs having White Wings, outside of Good/Evil alignment. It could also just be exclusive to those two because they’re the only two Cherubs we’ve ever seen in their natural habitat and fully matured.
It’s likely there’s some system to the cards like- Every Session has a different set of items you can alchemize based on what Skaia already knows you will try to make. It’s also possible things such as what two components are used- Even if it gave the same Code, maybe they’d give something else. I say this because even something as simple as a ‘shard of glass’ or a ‘maimed harlequin’ are their own unique things so you could like. Break something and that broken something will have a different code than the original, but then you can like, draw on it, and now it’s a defaced broken something which is yet another code. So there has to be some rhyme or reason to the lack of limits. So yeah my bet is “SBURB knows what you’re going to try to make and has already set the Alchemiter to have unique codes for everything you’ll ever use.”

Now, on the Dave/Bro case, of course, Dave is not the actual child of Bro, he came in on a Meteor. So while they do share genes? He was adopted by him, from a big-ass meteor crater. Same way Rose was adopted by Mom, Jade was adopted by Grandpa, and John was adopted by Dad, Nanna’s ACTUAL biological children (Allegedly? He may be adopted as well).
And of course, thanks to the Scratch, Bro is just Alt Universe Dirk. Exact same genetic configuration, but born 413 years after the Apocalypse, making him the ‘child’ this time around, with Dave growing up to become a famous movie star and revolutionary activist, and leaving everything set up for Dirk’s arrival. So in the eyes of each other? They’re each other’s parents, while simultaneously knowing the other is also technically their child in some roundabout way. But ultimately, Dirk is the genetic template, and Dave the offspring.
The Pre Scratch Trolls ARE the Ancestors. They were all made in Karkat’s lab.
I don’t know exactly what idea you’re getting about the Ectobiology chain but it’s like this:
Beforus exists. Karkat’s group are all adults on Beforus doing stuff. Meenah’s group are the group fated to play SBURB. They play SBURB, and lose. They realize their Session is awfully glitched- They came in riding on meteors, but they didn’t create themselves as is usual in the main Session of SBURB! So they know something is heavily fucked up. And so they reset- They Scratch the Game and start the Timeline anew, because if they didn’t do that, they would’ve never been born, and this paradox would cause a Timeline that’d just Doom them any way.
The Scratch shifts around the parameters, and so now instead of Beforus, there’s Alternia. Meenah’s Group ARE the Ancestors this time around, and Karkat’s group are the SBURB Players. And so, in the game, Karkat goes to the Veil and makes themselves, and their Ancestors- Which are, again, still just the Dancestors too. Sending everyone back in time through a Meteor Ride, which closes the loop of their Birth, and ensures there’s no paradoxes.
I’m leaning towards Mind myself truth be told, but it’s hard to get anything solid from her thus far.
Really if it’s a solid tie, just choose whichever you like the most.
