Thomas, not Thompson. He’s Randy Taylor in Home Improvement. Just an Actor that’d be crushable for a teen girl her age, and also kind of an extremely easy choice to go for if you’re not actually into guys and just going along compulsory heterosexuality.

I don’t think any caste is gender-exclusive, but it seems Fuchsias are mostly female. 

I was under the impression the Jade cast was the only female ornate cast(Lanque not withstanding)?Regarding Fuchsia bloods, if they are any males then perhaps they too were killed off to keep away ascension of the thrown? I really never thought about this but it's definitely interesting to ponder over!

Ceruleans and Purples are also told to be mostly male-leaning Castes, so there may be some fuchsia nuance, but again, we’ve seen very few Fuchsias for obvious reasons.

Lil Cal definitely influenced Gamzee, however, it’s hard to tell to which extent, or when it started. There’s no instance in which we haven’t seen him either Sopor’d or Being an Asshole so who knows really.

Every single Aspect reflects a part of the story as well, not just Time and Space, so yeah.

"Elwurd" is almost certainly not her real name. The revamped page mentions her "other aliases", and she says "call me Elwurd", not "my name is Elwurd". So what's her real name, and why is she hiding it? Trolls don't have a word for homosexuality, according to Karkat, and it would be kind of wasted if in-'verse she picked it for the sexuality reference rather than something plot-related. She also lies to others but reacts badly to being lied to, so she's hiding SOMETHING. "Liar" begins with L...

Her second name is literally Gay Girl, Elwurd is 100% a reference to the L word. That being said, the others imply she may buy and sell illegally, and there’s always the chance of her working with the rebels.

Obviously it's a reference on THIS side of the fourth wall, but the CHARACTER'S thought process wouldn't involve that.

The two examples we have in canon are a Lord whose influence is very indirect in almost every aspect of the story, and a Muse whose actions directly lead to the Grand Finale, so like, take that as you will.

I have no idea but I’ve seen David Elizabeth Strider around too, I am not familiar with The Producers, but I always thought it was a way to elongate his name and make it sound more silly in general. “David Elizabeth Strider” sounds like something straight out of old timey posh nobility.

Hi, sorry if this has been said before, what do you think of Marvus as a Bard (maybe Prince, but Bard seems more fitting) of Time? Since in his bad end he litterally pushed MC to go further than the boundaries allowed by the game, breaking the timelines for a short moment before it all caught up on them and made up for their escape. Do you think he could be a Bard/Prince that isn't yet very good with his powers, and thus only managed to break time for a short amount of time before it came back?

I am still betting on him as a Lord honestly, but if he’s not a Lord, I’d argue a Page rather than a Bard/Prince.

Also what do you mean he’s not good with his powers, he had full and total understanding of the Timeline and the Medium where he is, and was able to hold back the pull of the Alpha Timeline by himself for long enough that it got really fucked up around MSPA Reader.

What I'm wondering is, if trolls don't have a word for lesbians in-'verse, Elwurd picked that name referring to a different word beginning with L, or if it's just a gag on the writers' part. I feel like it would be wasted if it wasn't a hint. "Lowblood" if she's involved in the rebellion, possibly. If she's involved in the bad side (I don't think the writers would want the backlash from making the gay character evil, but misled/tricked, maybe?) it could be "Lord", as in Lord English...

I think it really is just the reference and not a double one, like it could be, but also, like, Homestuck and Hiveswap are full of references like these to stuff that just don’t really make sense isolated in-canon but are a blast to figure out from an outsider perspective.

What aspect is tied to having the desire to know all there is to know? I for example need answers to everything and when there isn't one yet, I get really upset. It drives me mad. Yes, there’s inter-Universal travel at play here, although we have no idea how Condy did it yet. It’s possible we’ll learn more about what she did in Hiveswap.

As far as we’ve seen, Violets don’t even have any powers, and while they are physically tough, clowns are ruthless.

We haven’t seen many examples of stuff affecting other Universes without including a pocket dimension in between like the Furthest Ring or Hussiespace. So there’s just little precedent.

Not quite sure, because the Life and Void Rings are very specific to the whole situation spawning from these Sessions, rather than being a general Aspect thing.

Seems to be that way, although there was a weird violet hue in one of the Friendsims, so who knows.

There are no surgeons on Alternia, it’s likely bio-mechanical machinery like the Gloryhole of Wellbeing. Also I haven’t gotten as many questions as I thought I would, but I won’t be answering much about the End of Friendsim until a week or so passes, to give people time to experience it themselves without spoiling much! But god do I want to talk about stuff.

EDIT: Actually some people are pointing out the deeper dark lines under his chest in his sprite could actually be top surgery scars.

Wanshi. Wanshi sits squarely at the top #1 with 0 contest. There’s a lot of funny, there’s a lot of interesting meta stuff, there’s a lot of everything in Friendsim, but Wanshi just resonates with me on a personal level as a Doom Player, and I want to adopt her.

Speaking of Doom, when are you going to go back to classpecting the Hiveswap trolls? No rush, just curious since it’s been a while.

Also why do you think they aren’t allowed to pail as adults, and how are jades still hatched if adults are supposed to abstain.?

I didn’t think about it in terms of it controlling the Jade population- Mostly because I always thought with how volatile Trolls are regarding mutations, and how the ‘slurry’ is mixed, there’s not much of a way to predict how many of one caste spawn. It also makes me wonder, if it’s to control the population, how there were Lime Grubs in the caverns. Quite a bunch of interesting questions!

It seems to be world building we didn’t know about though, yeah! Not all Jades though- Specifically Cloistered Jades, which seem to be a specific, chosen subset of them. They’re sent to live monastic lives, either in fear of something relating to their reproduction, or fear of them specifically, either Rainbowdrinkerism, or the fact Condy doesn’t want a Dolorosa 2.0 happening. They’re basically nuns, though, so just like Purples with the Clown Cult, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some religious connotations to them not being allowed to pail.
