Can you please tell me what a Heir of Time can do please??

Ding ding ding, we have our first repeated Classpect! I already talked about the Heir of Time over here. I don’t mind questions and different takes on stuff, but as I answer more and more of these questions, check the tags to see if I already answered your specific Classpect combo, or if analysis on similar Classes and Aspects can give you a better idea!
