I don't know if your ask box is open but if you haven't already could you explain how an Heir of Rage would work/what they would be able to do?

Sorry if I’m not at my best right now, had a long day. A Heir of Rage though, someone who Changes Rage, they may be able to make others angry or pacify them. As well, with the connotations with a change on society, anarchy and chaos we got not too long ago, they may change someone’s anarchic tendencies or influence them.
