so all time player have the ability to time travel, so can all life players bring people back? or would the aspect consistency be something else?

Time Travel seems to be a basic enough ability, but bringing people back to life seems more complex than just the basic Life powers. As the Thief of Life, I wouldn’t quite see Meenah as someone who can just resurrect others, and same with the Prince of Life.
