How would an Heir of Life be protected by Life? and also if Heirs can be literally be protected by their aspect then are aspects conscious things?

Heirs aren’t necessarily Protected by their Aspects, but Aspects do seem to have a Will of their own at times. That being said if you want a Heir of Life’s body to Change like John’s does when he poofs away, I would imagine either their body being more plant-like, or having regenerative abilities perhaps?
