They may also heal physical wounds, as well as do Blood Transfusion and perhaps even ‘improvements’ to one’s caste by changing the hue. Likely to manipulate Blood in itself as well, ‘Making Blood’ kind of reminds me of the Brimstone Laser from BoI.
