if Light is about knowledge, and a Light player interpreted it as such, could other classes that aren't the Change or Know classes just inherently know things the way a Seer or Mage would? or would they be more inclined to acquire knowledge rather than just have it?

I mean, for you to Make or Serve Knowledge, for Example, you likely need to /know/ it to begin with, unless you were delivering some sort of code only someone else could understand. Thieves and Rogues would be good at gathering information as well. Seers and Mages though, not only are good at collecting Info, they’re good at using it to guide others and themselves. After all, having Knowledge on something doesn’t matter if you don’t know what to do with it, right?

Also I should point out Light refers more to True Information than Broad Knowledge. True Statements, Proven Facts, with lies, opinions and other forms of informations falling under other Aspects’ realms.
