A Lord of Mind would be like Charles Xavier: ability to hear what others are thinking of and also have total control over their mind

Hearing people’s thoughts could be a pretty basic Mind Player ability, really, I’ve likened the Lord of Mind more to a Hivemind than Mental Manipulation in the past, but that could be it just as well.
