Omnipotence is the power to rewrite all of reality at its basic level. No single class or aspect can do that. Hell, no power in Homestuck at all is omnipotent. Space players and Green Sun users are restricted to space stuff, Time players are restricted to time stuff and so on. No one can truly be omnipotent in the setting, hell no one gets even close
